When you browse: this website uses no cookies and no visitor analytics. Our hosting provider records technical access logs (IP address, browser information, request time) for security and operation.

When you contact us: the contact form does not send your details to our server — it opens your own email app with the message prepared. We process the name, company, contact details, message content and any technical files you share with us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

• Assessing your enquiry, preparing a quotation and communicating with you — necessary for entering into a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
• Securing the website and preventing misuse — legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
• Statutory retention obligations — legal obligation (KVKK art. 5/2-ç).

Your data may be shared with our manufacturing partners strictly for preparing a quotation, and with competent authorities on request. This website is served through Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), so access logs are processed abroad. Email correspondence runs through our corporate email provider. Transfers abroad are made under one of the safeguards set out in KVKK art. 9.

Enquiries and correspondence are kept for 2 years after the enquiry is closed; if it leads to a contract, the statutory periods for contractual records apply. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, its purpose and recipients, request correction or deletion, object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
